Shipping policy

All standard delivery times can be found on this page. The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout.
 
Once your order is fulfilled we will deliver your parcel within 4-6 business days, excluding customs processing times. During high season, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that Charles Mackenzie Co. is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs.
